At the June 2, 2025 meeting of the Portageville Board of Aldermen, the Municipal Code pertaining to Weed, Debris and Vegetation was reviewed. Please be advised that any nuisance that is not abated upon receipt of notice can result in the property owner being summonsed to Portageville Municipal Court.
